The Constellation was destroyed and the atmosphere was poisoned. Twelve Terror Engines fell to Earth and are now the only power sources capable of supporting civilization. In 2113, the Earth is a wasteland. The only people who live away from the Terror Engines are mutants, bandits, and the Ego Drivers who battle the inevitable.
